Final Project Self-reflection and introspection

I went to PCC for two years. I would say that experience tought me a lot because it was the first time I was forced to be self-relient and think about important things towards my future. I've always been individualistic, however, for most things It was towards petty or unimportant things. My College experiences forced me to think about what I want to do in the future during school and how the actions I am taking now will effect me towards that goal and long after. Besides that overarching growth I've also had learning experiences from more individual challanges which helped me understand more specific challanges. For example, for the longest time I've had trouble with mental health, skipping classes and being overall avoident towards work. Throughout Middle and High School it was manageable because I could often procrastinate and turn in work near the end of the year. The time and schedule revolved around me and the other kids in those grades. However, getting to college, I would begin getting late to class, which snowballed into missing classes, which then snowballed into missing many days of class, weeks, months. With attendance being so important towards many of the classes, assignments assigned in class needing to be done in class to work around the professors schedule, and the much larger amount of infomation being provided it caused much more issues, resulting in preforming poorly or failing classes. The same type of procratination also appearing in doing the work. With the much larger work load, doing the assignments later in the year become much less unlikely for me to complete IF it was even possible to submit later in the year based on the teachers preferences/schedule. This has motivated me to take much more care of my personal health, I've scheduled appointments in getting diagnosed and recieving medication, consistently taking the medication (Which I haven't in previous years) and, working and wanting to change things if it isn't going well, rather then giving up all together
